WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

All orders placed before 12:00pm will be shipped the same working day by either our courier service or Royal Mail 1st Class. You should expect delivery within 1 to 3 working days. If you have any problems, please get in contact with us and we will endeavour to resolve them. If the courier delivery is selected a signature will be required at the specified delivery address.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?

We offer great value prices on superb quality goods. We know sometimes things can go wrong. We aim to put it right as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you have any faulty or damaged item or for any reason receive what appears to be incorrect goods please contact us at info@guaranteed4less.com by email and explain your problem. We will respond within 1-2 full working days.
Please do not return goods until you have heard back from us and have a Returns Reference Number.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND?

Yes! If you need to return goods for any other reason, you must do within 7 days of receipt of the order. Email us for a Returns Reference Number at info@guaranteed4less.com and we will send you an authorised Returns Number.
Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in the condition it was received including all documentation and original unopened packaging. Your return package must contain the Returns Number. Postage is your responsibility.
