How long is delivery?

If payment is made and cleared before 9:00am, goods are sent out the same weekday and delivery is usually 24-48 hours.

Can I track my order?

We send a confirmation email, when your order is sent out to the email address supplied. You can contact us after you have received this confirmation, and we will send tracking information.

I need to contact customer services, when will I receive a reply?

Our customer services aim to reply to all queries as soon as possible and the latest by the end of the day after the message was posted, or you can send us an email at info@guaranteed4less.com

Do you combine postage?

We offer a saving on SHIPPING AND HANDLING when more than one item is bought and is sent at the same time to the same address. Please call or email for details.

Can I collect or arrange my own collection?

We are a mail order company and do not have a retail premises; our distribution centre does not have the facilities for collections or third party pick-ups.

Can I pay by Credit Card or Debit Card?

Yes, we accept all forms of payment. All our credit/debit card transactions are handled online via Paypal.

Do you ship to BFPO addresses or internationally?

We do not ship to BFPO addresses and only to the countries detailed within the shipping information of our auction.
